Once you have completed the first three Tiers, move to Tier 4. The exercises are more challenging, and the format of the sets change slightly. Tier 4 requires more stamina with less recovery time. When you complete the Tier 4 workouts, repeat from the begining of Tier 4 again. Add more weight, resistance bands, and push yourself to complete more reps per exercise.
